The Palestinian Cultural Day is Glimmer of Hope’s flagship event of the year. Hosted annually, the Palestinian Cultural Day is a family-friendly event aimed at showcasing the Palestinian cuisine, culture, artefacts, art and fashion.
Objectives served by the event:
- Promote Palestinian history, heritage and culture in Australia.
- Provide an environment for Palestinian Australians to practice their culture, celebrate their heritage and to foster closer ties between one another.
- Engage and collaborate with similar organisations that support the same objectives.
- Raise funds for the Country Fire Services in 2020 following the Australian bush fire crisis.
